EU VAT Registered Customers
If you are based outside of the Netherlands and hold a valid EU VAT Number, we can zero-rate your transaction. If you are a registered customer and are being charged VAT, please contact our sales team and we will arrange for your user account to be amended to reflect the zero rating.
If you are not registered, please include your VAT number in the ‘add a note’ field at the product page, when ordering. Once this number has been verified, the VAT will be removed from your order total by us, and you will be refunded the difference to your original payment method.
